Key Milestone

香港政府已發布《香港可持續披露路線圖》，為企業的可持續報告提供了明確方向，目標是在2028年前全面採用國際可持續準則理事會（ISSB）準則。
The Hong Kong Government has launched the Hong Kong Sustainability Disclosure Roadmap, charting a clear course toward full adoption of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) Standards by 2028.
  • 由2026年1月1日起：大型股發行人需按新氣候規定進行強制披露。
    From January 1, 2026: Large-cap issuers must comply with mandatory climate-related disclosure requirements.
  • 不遲於2028年：所有具公眾責任的上市實體及具影響力的金融機構需全面應用香港準則。 By 2028: All listed public accountability entities and significant financial institutions are expected to fully apply Hong Kong standards.
