  1. By entering the competition (the “Easter Egg Hunt”), (Instagram Easter Giveaway offer), you (the “participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by Matters Academy about the Easter Egg Hunt on Matters Academy's Instagram and LinkedIn Pages form part of these terms and conditions.
  2. Matters Academy reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate this Easter Egg Hunt and any relevant offer and to amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  3. Matters Academy reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of any customer for the relevant offer(s).
  4. The Easter Egg Hunt is from 27 March to 11:59pm on 14 April, 2023. All entries submitted after 14 April, 2023 will not be accepted.
  5. To enter the Easter Egg Hunt and receive discount offers for courses on Matters Academy, you need to find each Easter egg on the pages of Matters Academy, which contains an exclusive coupon code for redeeming discounts for selected courses. 
  6. To enter the Easter Egg Hunt and win the mega prize, you need to find 10 Easter eggs hidden amongst pages throughout Matters Academy, submit graphical evidence of the captured Easter eggs by emailing Matters Academy at marketing@matters.academy. The first 2 participants whom have submitted graphical evidence of the captured Easter eggs will be entitled to receive one exclusive coupon to redeem one language version of the Certificate ESG Foundation Course. The language version of the course will be selected based on the participant's preferences. 
  7. To enter the Instagram Easter Giveaway offer, you need to follow Matters Academy's Instagram account (@mattersacademy), like the account's published post titled 'Easter Giveaway', share the published post to your personal Instagram Story, tag 3 friends in the comment zone of the 'Easter Giveaway' post to enter the lucky draw for the chance to redeem one language version of the Certificate ESG Foundation Course. The language version of the course will be selected based on the participant's preferences. 
  8. All exclusive coupon codes for courses are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and will be valid till 30 June, 2023.
  9. Participants may only enter the Easter Egg Hunt once. Duplicate entries will be removed from the Easter Egg Hunt.
  10. The Easter Egg Hunt consists of a prize draw to win course vouchers with discounts for selected courses on Matters academy. 
  11. The winner will be announced within 3 days of the Easter Egg Hunt ending, on Matters Academy's Instagram story. 
  12. The winner will have 14 days from the date of notification to claim their prize.
  13. In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their prize and Matters Academy reserves the right to offer the prize to another participant.
  14. The prize is as stated and there will be no substitutes or cash alternatives.
  15. Matters Academy, cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from a winner’s use of the prize.
  16. Matters Academy reserves the right to publish the name of the winner on its associated Instagram pages.
