Meet the Speakers

Katy Yung
Managing Director
Sustainable Finance Initiative
Katy is Managing Partner at HK-based Sustainable Finance Initiative (SFi) platform, advising and supporting family offices and financial professionals on their sustainable and impact journeys. 
Katy has served as Director of Investment at RS Group, a HK-based impact investor since 2010. She led the family office’s transition from a traditional investment portfolio to one that is 100% sustainably invested. In this role, she was actively involved in designing impact and climate change strategies and implementation across asset classes (utilizing both investment and philanthropic capital). Katy remains as consultant to RS Group.
Katy is formerly an investment banker at J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited and a member of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. She graduated from Duke University in North Carolina with a BA in Economics and a minor on Comparative Area Studies.
Adams Wong
Associate Vice President for Climate Change - Investor Consulting
ISS ESG
Adams Wong is an ESG, sustainability and project management professional; He is now an Associate Vice President in ISS ESG – one of the Global Top three Green and Sustainable Finance SPO service providers, other than SPO service, ISS ESG also provides ESG Data and analysis services in the Market. Adams is now responsible for SPO operation and team development for APCA. Before joining ISS ESG, Adams worked for Ernst and Young Hong Kong as a Climate Change and Sustainability Services Manager, leading a new team providing ESG climate change and Sustainability advisory services to financial organizations. Adams started his sustainability career in 2011 by joining the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) – one of the leading organizations in the region that provides independent third-party assessment and standard development. In 2021 Adams completed the Master Degree - Master of Social Sciences in Corporate Environmental Governance at The University of Hong Kong.
Dr Glenn Frommer
Founder
ESG Matters
Dr Glenn Frommer is one of the pioneers of sustainability and the environmental movement. He has worked in the field for more than thirty years and was involved in the drafting of the GRI G4 Reporting Guideline, the AccountAbility 1000AP Standard, and Reporting 3.0.
Prior to founding ESG Matters, Glenn held senior management positions with the Mass Transit Railway Corporation Ltd. in Hong Kong for more than twenty-two years where he embedded sustainability through an Enterprise Risk Management approach and implemented China’s and the transport sector’s first climate change policy. His extensive cross-sector and cross-industrial experience extends throughout the international arena, specifically in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
